If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice and there is not a medical reason, I will expect you to pay in advance the next time you book. If you have already made payment in advance, I will not refund you. 

Please allow me the courtesy of knowing if you will be late so we can discuss the best way forward. 

If you are pregnant and don't tell me, I can't take precautions to protect you and your baby, so please do tell me if you think you might be pregnant. 

I accept cash, card, or bank transfer.

Gift Vouchers are available in the shop during working hours, or can be mailed to you. Payment is expected via bank transfer once the voucher arrives at your nominated address. email sylvia@southsidemassage.co.uk or message me on 07835 168 166 to request a voucher in any amount from £30.
